And yet...Insomniac was purchased in November 2019 and has 2 games coming in the launch window. Yes, buying studios and making games definitely takes time, but managing your release schedule also takes effort, flexibility, and foresight. For instance, I GUARANTEE you Insomniac had already contracted with Sony to start development of both their games before the acquisition and so regardless we would be getting those games albeit 2nd party instead of 1st.

I'm not dissing live events period. I'm dissing TIMED live events. They exist for NO PURPOSE except to get people to buy the game sooner rather than later.
Ghost has NOTHING to do with this. And if you actually think they started working on Multiplayer AFTER the game was out, then you're delusional.
In terms of the product they are selling you for $60, $80, or $200 freaking dollars.

Don't own any of these. My rarest PS3 games are Buzz! Quiz TV and The Orange Box. Hopefully they're worth something someday, but I doubt it. Either way I got them for cheap at a pawn shop.
Sure, there "could". But when you take the fact that they specifically highlighted same console family crossplay and now this, it is starting to seem unlikely. Plus how many people are going to see Spidey while playing on PC and Xbox, find out they can't get him, and then proceed to flame the developer. If I was management I wouldn't do it for that reason alone. Still hoping I'm wrong though.

I really want to like this game, because I like Crystal Dynamics, but I just can't. I'm not even bothered by them not looking like MCU. It just looks so "meh". I might as well pre-order to try out the 'beta' (Demo, really) and then cancel afterwards.

Any word on that DLC they showed forever ago?
Some AIBs are showing 3x8. I can't find a source, but the 12pin actually can deliver more wattage than 3x8 which I believe is 450w.
